What is my spray pattern telling me?
Based on the spray pattern of your foam, you can diagnose and correct pressure imbalances.
The spray pattern of your foam can tell you what exactly is wrong with the mixing ratio and pressure of your Reactor and spray foam equipment. Diagnosing and correcting pressure imbalances in this way will get you back to spraying foam optimally, so you can be more efficient and more profitable.
When starting your machine, your two pressure gauges should come within 13.8 bar (200 PSI) of each other during pressurisation and should remain in balance while spraying to ensure your materials are being mixed at a 1:1 ratio. If your foam ratio changes, you will need to determine which material is missing in the foam.
